The Wedding Feast

Weather you have a small reception with a full meal, or a large party and simply  serve appetizers, we will create the meal that is right for your wedding.

We recommend Hawaiian fare to match the Hawaiian setting.

Sushi: various meats and vegetables wrapped with rice and seaweed

Sashimi: Fresh raw fish served with hot mustard

Main Course Suggestions

• Kalua Pig : Traditional Hawaiian wedding food cooked in an Imu (Hawaiian earth oven)

• Kalua Turkey: Prepared the same as the pig and just as tasty

• Lomi Lomi Salmon- a tomato and salmon salad ..another favorite

• Vegetarian noodle dish
